FIERRO restaurant was recognized at the We’re Smart Green Guide 2024 gala, held in Valencia, obtaining the Discovery Award and positioning itself in 32nd place of the best vegetable restaurants in the world. This achievement reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and innovation in vegetable cuisine, highlighting its focus on memory and territory through its menus and culinary techniques. In addition, the recognition reinforces València’s role as a reference in sustainable gastronomy at a global level.
