Service schedules
Our menus have a duration of 170 minutes.
Reservations will be made at the corresponding time of the day indicated.
Our lunch service is open at 14.00, and we close at 16.30 at midday.
Dinners will start at 21:00h and closing time will be at 00.30.
Data requested
In order to make a reservation, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Name.
Last Name.
Contact Phone.
Email.
Credit or Debit Card.
Your card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation policy. In any case, the charge will never be made without prior notice from the reservations team and without proposing different options.
Cancellation and no show
To cancel a reservation, please send an email to reservas@fierrovlc.com.
If the reservation is cancelled at least 4 days (96 hours) before the date of the reservation will be managed without applying the compensation for cancellation policy. If the cancellation occurs within 96 hours prior to the reservation, FIERRO is entitled to charge 60€ per diner cancelled. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to your reservation, we will charge you the price of the reserved menu per guest. If the cancellation comes with a Gift Voucher reservation, the Gift Voucher will no longer be valid.
FIERRO will offer you the option to change the date after the payment has been made, and the amount will be charged as a deposit for the next date and will be deducted from the final ticket.

Modification of date, time and/or service of reservation
In the case of a change of service within the same day, the possibility is subject to FIERRO’s availability.
For date changes, the possibility is subject to FIERRO’s availability. In this case, the Restaurant is entitled to the application of a charge of 60€ as a deposit per guest. This amount will be deducted from the total amount consumed on the day of the new reservation.
FIERRO has a single lunch service (14.00) and a single dinner service (21.00). if you think your arrival time will be delayed, please let us know well in advance.
FIERRO reserves the right to refuse admission after 30 minutes from the time of your reservation.
Reduction of diners
The reduction of diners is possible, as long as it is within the aforementioned time margins. To manage them you must send an e-mail to reservas@fierrovlc.com with all the information of the reservation in order to make the change. Changes made within 96 hours are subject to the above cancellation policy compensation.
Is the reservation personal and non-transferable?
No, when you make your reservation you will get a reference number that must match the one we have. If you are unable to come, please let us know the name and telephone number of the person who will take your place so that we can adapt to your needs or if there are any allergies or intolerances.
Give Fierro as a gift
We put at your disposal our BOUTIQUE where you can buy the GIFT VOUCHERS, or GIFT CARDS or some of our PRODUCTS. On the website where the reservation is made, you can choose the option you prefer.
All extras not included in the GIFT VOUCHER will be paid separately.
The person receiving the GIFT VOUCHER should check FIERRO’s availability by calling +34963 30 52 44 or emailing reservas@fierrovlc.com. To make the reservation effective, you must provide the code that appears on the GIFT VOUCHER.
Our GIFT VOUCHERS have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase. If the GIFT VOUCHER purchased has expired and you would like to redeem it, please contact us by calling +34963 30 52 44 or by sending an e-mail to reservas@fierrovlc.com.
If you cancel your reservation made with a GIFT VOUCHER within 96 hours prior to your reservation the voucher will be invalid.
If your GIFT VOUCHER corresponds to a menu not offered at the time of your reservation, it will become a voucher to be deducted from your final ticket.
Purchases made through our website are managed under the policies of MYBEEZBOX, the platform in charge of the management of reservations and payments. All transactions, as well as data protection and cancellation policies, are regulated by MYBEEZBOX, guaranteeing a secure and transparent process. Allergies or intolerances
At the time of booking, you must inform us of your requests, intolerances or inconveniences through the web or by writing an e-mail to reservas@fierrovlc.com. We will try to attend to them as much as possible and adapt the menu to their needs. We are at your disposal for this.
Special diets
Our menus contain various ingredients, if you are vegetarian, vegan or pregnant or have specific needs we would need you to let us know at the time of booking or by sending an email to reservas@fierrovlc.com.
Children
At FIERRO, children are welcome and we love to share our gastronomic experience with them. However, due to the characteristics of our space and in order to ensure the best experience for them and for all diners, it is necessary to inform us in advance if you will be attending with children.
For greater comfort, reservations with children will be accommodated in our private space, where we can offer a more suitable environment for them. In addition, due to space and mobility issues, it is not possible to accommodate more than two baby strollers in the same service. We appreciate your understanding in order to maintain the harmony and comfort of all attendees.
Food and wine pairing
Different pairings are available, including a non-alcoholic pairing and a mixed pairing to satisfy all preferences. We have an attractive wine list selected by our sommelier.
Our wine cellar service is offered by the bottle or glass.
People with reduced mobility
Our facilities are perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility. Please inform us in advance of any needs you may have so that we can adapt to them and offer you the maximum comfort at the table, access to services, etc.
Use of space and facilities at Fierro
We take care of every detail of our space to offer a unique experience. In case of damage or misuse of our facilities by any guest (adult or child), the restaurant reserves the right to apply a charge for the damage caused. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration to preserve our environment.
