Terms and conditions of purchase

FIERRO RESTAURANTE in compliance with the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection, guarantees the total privacy of the personal data of our customers and users. All data sent through the forms on our website, are part of a database owned by FIERRO RESTAURANTE. protected and registered with the AGPD in accordance with such laws.

We take this opportunity to remind you that FIERRO RESTAURANTE does not sell or share with any entity or organization the data provided by our users. These data may only be used for the purpose of managing the operation of the site and to provide the services that the user has requested and authorized as well as to provide information or other communications that we believe will be of interest. The fields indicated as mandatory are required to make the requested reservation.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your data, as well as express your desire not to receive information from our company, by communicating it to the following email address: info@fierrovlc.com

By making a reservation, the client accepts and agrees to these conditions. Reservations will be managed under the commercial name FIERRO RESTAURANTE.
The reservation entitles you to attend the meal on the date, time and number of diners indicated on the reservation. The reservation will not be effective until a valid credit or debit card is entered. In case of no-show on the day and time indicated, the conditions accepted in the cancellation policy will be applied. The cancellation of the reservation within 96 hours prior to the event will result in the payment of 60€ per guest. FIERRO reserves the right to reschedule the reservation and deduct the charge from the final ticket. Cancellation of a Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher code will result in the loss and invalidity of the voucher. FIERRO reserves the right to change the date of use of the voucher within 96 hours prior to the date of the reservation. No refunds, cancellations or cancellations will be accepted, unless expressly communicated in writing by FIERRO and within the deadlines established for this purpose. Modifications will be accepted only in the following cases and always at least 4 DAYS prior to the initial reservation.

  • Change of date, time or service. You will choose another date for the reservation, time and/or service (always within the same season), subject to FIERRO’s availability. In this case the FIERRO will apply a charge of 60 € as compensation which will be deducted from the total amount invoiced on the day of the reservation.
  • Extending the number of diners in a reservation. It will be managed in writing through the reservation mail (reservas@fierrovlc.com).
  • Reduction in the number of diners. If the cancellation is made within 96 hours prior to the day of the reservation, a fee of 60€ will be charged as compensation for each cancelled reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged the full price of the menu you have booked.

The customer must send an e-mail to reservas@fierrovlc.com and provide the information used to confirm the initial reservation. The new reservation will not be final until acceptance and confirmation by FIERRO.

Conditions for Prepaid Tickets

In exceptional cases where a prepaid ticket has been made (for example SECRET TABLE, LOVE TABLE, SECRET DAY), if the cancellation is made at least 96 hours in advance, the amount will be converted into a gift card, valid for 6 months, which can be used on a future visit.

No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

If the cancellation occurs within 96 hours prior to the reservation, the right to assistance and the exchange of the amount paid will be lost.

Reservations are not nominative, and may be assigned to other persons, who will also be subject to the presentation of the reservation voucher with its corresponding code and with the same obligations as the person who made the reservation, especially the “reservation conditions”. Communication of changes is necessary in order to adapt the menu to the needs of new diners (specific needs, allergens and intolerances).

A space is provided for customers to indicate allergies, intolerances or other dietary needs in order to adapt the menu to the needs of each customer, which must be communicated at the time of booking.

The FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section is made available to customers in order to expand the information in these conditions, so that acceptance of these conditions also implies acceptance of the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

You must be of legal age to make a reservation.

The reservation will be managed by guard card, where no amount will be charged (except SECRET TABLE, LOVE TABLE, SECRET DAY), but will be held in case of absence of the client. Any excess once on the premises may be paid for at the establishment by cash or credit card.

The menus shown on our website may not necessarily coincide in their entirety with the menu served on the day of your reservation, as market conditions, seasonality or other force majeure reasons may make this impossible. However, the content will basically coincide with that indicated.

The contents of the website may be inaccurate or incomplete, so for any questions please contact reservas@fierrovlc.com.

FIERRO reserves the right to postpone the date of the reservation chosen by a diner (always agreeing with him what new date seems appropriate) if the minimum number of diners per service is not reached.

If the guest is unable to attend the restaurant on any other day, he/she will receive back the deposit previously paid. In the event that a new date is agreed upon, this amount will be deposited as a deposit for the new reservation.
