We are happy to tell you that FIERRO has been nominated for the prestigious Discovery Awards 2024 of the We’re Smart Green Guide.
This recognition positions us as one of the outstanding restaurants for its commitment to sustainability and innovative use of vegetables.
In addition, FIERRO is among the three restaurants in Spain to receive this nomination, which underlines the impact of our gastronomic proposal on the local and international scene.
The Discovery Awards are given by the We’re Smart Green Guide, an international Guide founded by Belgian chef Frank Fol, known as “the vegetable chef”.
This guide ranks the best restaurants in the world that specialize in healthy and sustainable cuisine, with a focus on seasonal and plant-based products.
The guide uses an evaluation system based on radishes, with 5 radishes being the highest distinction that FIERRO has recently achieved.
What this nomination means for FIERRO
At FIERRO, vegetables are much more than ingredients: they are the extension of time. Two of our menus are completely vegetarian.
In them, each dish reflects our commitment to the Valencian vegetable garden and respect for the land.
