Last December 10, Valencia hosted the gala We’re Smart Green Guide 2024, where FIERRO was awarded and recognized among the best vegetable restaurants in the world.
The gala, held in Caixa Forum, in the enclave of the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia, brought together in the capital of the Turia to the main references of the vegetable and sustainable cuisine.. In this edition, FIERRO was awarded with the Discovery Award and recognized in the 32nd place in the world list of the best vegetable restaurants.. A milestone that reaffirms our commitment to sustainability and gastronomic innovation.
This recognition encourages us to continue exploring the potential of vegetable cuisine, to create experiences that transcend and to keep alive our bond with the land, the territory and respect for the product.
