FIERRO has been awarded two Repsol Suns 2026 and becomes the only restaurant in the Valencian Community to achieve this recognition in the 2026 edition. The news was confirmed at the Gala of the Soles Repsol Guide 2026, held on February 16 in Tarragona.
This recognition has a special value, in 2026 only 11 restaurants in Spain have premiered the category of two Repsol Suns, a distinction that rewards the consistency, personality and overall excellence of the restaurant, both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
For us, this second Sol also comes at a particularly significant moment: the restaurant has just celebrated its tenth anniversary, consolidating a trajectory built on constancy, creative precision and a way of understanding the dining room as an essential part of the gastronomic language.
We are very happy to receive these two Soles. They reinforce our work, encourage us to continue growing and, after ten years, are a very special recognition, always putting our beloved Valencia as our flag.
The Repsol constellation is completed with two more milestones: La Oficina enters the Repsol Guide 2026 as a Recommended, and Maipi maintains its 2025 recommendation. Three different projects, united by the same vision of craft, product, hospitality and territory.
We continue to celebrate and at FIERRO we are extending until April the three menus created as a tribute to this decade. Three routes: 10 YEARS OF FIERRO, MEMORY and THE YEARS, also with a vegetarian alternative, which condense our identity.
