This monumental work <\/span>brings together 20 of Europe’s most influential chefs – collectively awarded 100 radishes, the highest accolade for vegetable cuisine – and celebrates <\/b>-collectively awarded 100 radishes, the highest recognition for vegetable cuisine- and celebrates the creativity and commitment of those who are transforming the future of gastronomy. <\/span>The only Spanish restaurants present are FIERRO<\/b>by Carito Louren\u00e7o and Germ\u00e1n Carrizo in Valencia, and <\/span>Tony Garc\u00eda Espacio Gastron\u00f3mico<\/b> in Almeria.<\/span><\/p>

With 440 pages, 100 exclusive dishes and a multilingual edition (Dutch, French, English and Italian), Radilicious 2 offers a tour of the European temples of pure, progressive and sustainable plant-based cuisine. Through the stories written by <\/span> Mieke De Vylder<\/b> and images by <\/span>Wim Demessemaekers<\/b>The book transcends the recipe book format to become a cultural and aesthetic experience that elevates fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers to their gastronomic peak.<\/span><\/p>

FIERRO: ten years and a vegetable perspective<\/b><\/h3>

For FIERRO, the inclusion in Radilicious 2 coincides with a key moment: <\/span>the restaurant’s tenth anniversary<\/b>. In recent years, Carito Louren\u00e7o and Germ\u00e1n Carrizo have developed a vegetable line that reflects their commitment to sustainability, technique and culinary sensibility, as well as their own vegetable garden in Meliana, as an R&D&I laboratory from which many of their ideas are born.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
