A milestone that reaffirms our commitment to sustainability and gastronomic innovation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This recognition encourages us to continue exploring the potential of vegetable cuisine, to create experiences that transcend and to keep alive our bond with the land, the territory and respect for the product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today we remember with this beautiful video what that night was like and what this recognition means to us.
