We are happy to tell you that FIERRO<\/strong> has been nominated for the prestigious Discovery Awards 2024 <\/strong>of the We’re Smart Green Guide<\/strong>.
\nThis recognition positions us as one of the outstanding restaurants for its commitment to sustainability and innovative use of vegetables<\/strong>.
\nIn addition, FIERRO is among the three restaurants in Spain to receive this nomination, which underlines the impact of our gastronomic proposal on the local and international scene. <\/p>\n

The Discovery Awards <\/strong>are given by the We’re Smart Green Guide<\/strong>, an international Guide founded by Belgian chef Frank Fol, known as “the vegetable chef”.
\nThis guide ranks the best restaurants in the world that specialize in healthy and sustainable cuisine, with a focus on seasonal and plant-based products. <\/p>\n

The guide uses an evaluation system based on radishes, with 5 radishes being the highest distinction that FIERRO<\/strong> has recently achieved.<\/p>\n

What this nomination means for FIERRO<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At FIERRO<\/strong>, vegetables are much more than ingredients: they are the extension of time.<\/strong> Two of our menus are completely vegetarian.
\nIn them, each dish reflects our commitment to the Valencian vegetable garden and respect for the land.
\nThe nomination for the Discovery Awards 2024 <\/strong>is a validation of the continuous effort we have put into creating emotions, which also has a positive impact on the environment. <\/p>\n

This recognition highlights our work to minimize food waste, carefully select our locally sourced ingredients and work closely with local producers who share our values.
\nOur goal is to continue building a“new taste memory of the future”<\/strong>, where gastronomic innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. <\/p>\n
