Sustainability and resource efficiency is a commitment rooted in FIERRO’s identity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Caring for the environment and optimizing resources to generate zero waste, contribute to reducing the carbon footprint, reduce the felling of trees, reforest and preserve the natural habitat of fauna and flora is one of our concerns.<\/p>\n

Taking advantage of our latest charter change, we have opted for the choice of paper that most benefits the environment and its commitment to responsible production and consumption, complying with SDGs 12, 13 and 14.
\nAnd so on with our labels and all the paper we work with on a regular basis until we run out of the previous ones. <\/p>\n

The paper we use in our beverage cards is 100% recycled and biodegradable, FSC \u00ae certified.
\nThis certificate was born in the 90’s, as a solution to the lack of oxygen in the water and guarantees that the raw materials come from responsibly managed forests.
\nIts production is 100% renewable energy produced internally from sources such as water, sun, wind and heat from the earth. <\/p>\n

To look at the sea, and also at the orchard.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We pay tribute to the landscape and promote sustainable agricultural practices.<\/p>\n

Our own vegetable garden is located a few kilometers from FIERRO<\/strong>, where we grow a wide variety of herbs, vegetables, fruits and flowers that we use in some of our preparations and also for the R+D+i experimentation laboratory where Germ\u00e1n explores new combinations of flavors and culinary techniques.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transforming ingredients, making the most of them and expanding their seasonality to minimize food waste and minimize waste, using creativity<\/p>\n

We are committed to environmentally friendly practices, such as using renewable energy, reducing the use of plastics and non-biodegradable materials.<\/p>\n

Val\u00e8ncia, the city that has welcomed us for more than fifteen years, is European Green Capital in 2024, an award granted by the European Commission.
