\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs we mentioned in the Instagram video<\/a>, we\u2019ve been HACKED for 5 MONTHS now\u2014we can\u2019t run ads or access our Facebook account, and Meta isn\u2019t providing a solution.\n\nWe’re going to turn the budget we would have spent on advertising this summer into a gift for you.\n\nWe’re giving away \u20ac1,000 among everyone who helps us ensure that FIERRO continues to reach more people.<\/strong>\n\nHERE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE \u201cSHARING PAYS OFF\u201d RAFFLE<\/strong>\n

1. Organizing Company<\/h2>\nThe promotion is organized by T\u00e1ndem Gastron\u00f3mico<\/strong> (hereinafter, \u201cthe Organization\u201d), with the goal of thanking its community for its support during the summer and encouraging the sharing of content posted on FIERRO\u2019s official Instagram account.\n

2. Geographic Scope<\/h2>\nPeople 18 years of age or older from any country may participate.\n\nThe prizes may be redeemed exclusively at establishments belonging to the T\u00e1ndem Gastron\u00f3mico group, in accordance with the terms of use for gift certificates.\n

3. Duration<\/h2>\nThe drawing will begin on the day these rules are published and will end on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time).<\/strong>\n\nThe drawing will be held on September 1, 2026<\/strong>.\n

4. Awards<\/h2>\nA total of 1,000 \u20ac<\/b> will be awarded through a raffle, distributed as follows: <\/span>\n
    \n \t
  • 1 gift card worth 600 \u20ac<\/b> to be used at any of our restaurants: FIERRO, Do\u00f1a Petrona, Maipi, or La Oficina de Carito y Germ\u00e1n.<\/li>\n \t
  • 2 gift cards worth \u20ac200<\/b> to use at any of our restaurants: FIERRO, Do\u00f1a Petrona, Maipi, or La Oficina de Carito y Germ\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.<\/p>\n\n

    Gift certificates and gift cards may be used in accordance with the standard terms of use established by T\u00e1ndem Gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

    5. Participation Procedures<\/h2>\nTo participate, you will need to:\n
      \n \t
    • Follow FIERRO’s official Instagram account.<\/li>\n \t
    • Share any of the posts (Reels or regular posts) published during the giveaway period on Instagram.<\/li>\n \t
    • Always tag FIERRO’s official account in every post you share so that the organization can verify your participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nEach post that is shared and properly tagged will count as an additional entry<\/strong> in the drawing.\n\nPosts that do not include a visible tag for the official account will not be counted.\n

      6. Selection of the winners<\/h2>\nWinners will be selected through a random drawing from among all valid entries received.\n\nAlternates will also be designated in the event that a winner cannot be located or declines the prize.\n

      7. Announcement of the Awards<\/h2>\nWinners will be contacted exclusively through FIERRO’s official Instagram account.\n\nUnder no circumstances will we ask for bank information, payments, passwords, or external links in order to claim the prize.\n\nIf anyone receives messages from different accounts, they should ignore them and, if possible, report them.\n

      8. Acceptance of the Prize<\/h2>\nWinners will have 7 calendar days<\/strong> to accept the prize from the date of notification.\n\nIf no response is received, the Organization may award the prize to an alternate recipient.\n

      9. Reservations and Use<\/h2>\nGift certificates are subject to restaurant availability.\n\nIt is recommended that you make your reservation in advance.\n\nThe vouchers are valid for six months; that is, they can be used until<\/strong> March 2, 2027.\n

      10. Data Protection<\/h2>\nThe information provided by the winners will be used solely to manage the distribution of prizes and will not be used for any other purpose, unless required by law.\n

      11. Instagram<\/h2>\nThis promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Instagram.\n\nEach participant releases Instagram from any liability arising from this promotion.\n

      12. Amendments<\/h2>\nThe Organization reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the promotion for just cause, and agrees to communicate any changes through the same channels used to publicize the promotion.\n

      13.
