WELCOME TO YEAR I, DECADE II OF FIERRO <\/b><\/p>


Eleven years ago, in the heart of Valencia, FIERRO was born\u2014a space where cuisine became a language of emotions and TERRITORY<\/strong>.
<\/span><\/p>

FIERRO has been a melting pot where\u201cMEDITERRANEAN AR<\/strong>GENTINITY\u201d<\/strong>has taken shape to become a new way of cooking\u2014a taste of the future that is now our most beautiful present.<\/span><\/p>

It\u2019s important for you to know that at FIERRO, it\u2019s part of our culture not to list the dishes until you\u2019ve tasted them. All menus include a vegetarian option for those who prefer it. You can request it in the comments section of your reservation or under “Special Requests.” <\/p>

If any of the guests have a gluten or lactose intolerance, we can easily adapt our menus, taking care to prepare each dish with specific ingredients. These menus include a \u20ac20 surcharge per person (if you need both accommodations at the same time, the combined surcharge is \u20ac30 per person, as this involves double the preparation).
